Beadlam Grange Farmshop & Tearoom - High Quality Farm Produce & Home Cooking

Welcome to Beadlam Grange Farmshop & Tearoom situated on our working farm in lovingly restored redundant farm buildings and opened in June 2007

On Sunday 13th June we hosted Open Farm Sunday co-ordinated by LEAF (linking environment and farming). Despite the weather which was wet and cold approximately 100 people attended and Mark and Peter did 4 tractor & trailer tours of the farm throughout the day. We held a prize draw in aid of "Help for Heroes" and raised £250 for the Charity. We have had some great feedback from the day which is all very encouraging for next years event!

COMING SOON ..... SELF SERVICE SANDWICH SNACK BAR in the foldyard at Beadlam Grange. Serving freshly made sandwiches including hot pork baps with apple sauce & stuffing, sausage rolls, pies, hot & cold drinks etc.etc. Eat in or takeway. OPENING Wednesday 28th July & thereafter every Tuesday - Saturday 11.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. for the duration of the school holidays.

Fridays are fish days at Beadlam Grange. Mick our fishman from Grimsby sells fresh fish every Friday from his van in the farmshop and we serve a fresh fish "special" in the Granary Tearoom.

Hours of Opening : Tuesday - Saturday 9.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Sundays 10.oo a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Closed Mondays including Bank Holidays.

Customers can enjoy a unique "Farm Shopping Experience in lovely surroundings and purchase fresh farm produce " a complete meal" and enjoy tea, coffee and farmhouse baking in our tradtional Granary Tearoom. We are providing easy free parking, toilets and disabled access. Personal service and high quality home cooking at reasonable prices complete the experience.

In the Farmshop we have a fresh meat counter with our own resident butcher to serve you our own home produced beef, lamb and pork together with meat, poultry and game sourced from our neighbouring farms. At the deli counter we offer a selection of Yorkshire cheeses, pates, our own cooked meats, freshly baked pies together with salads, quiches etc. all prepared in our own kitchen upstairs. Fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered daily and to compliment the fresh produce we have freezers full of loose fruit and vegetables, all prepared ready to go straight into the oven! Frozen ready meals are a recent addition and are proving to be a real hit. Nearly all our products are sourced locally and with that special taste that comes from being made by people who care about the good food they make. To complete the shop we have dairy produce, fish, fresh bread, home baked cakes, jams, chutneys and much more...

Farm Shop Meat Counter

The Granary Tearoom upstairs is the icing on the cake. We serve freshly brewed Yorkshire tea and Cooper Coffee together with home baked scones, cakes, farmhouse breakfasts, lunches and Yorkshire farmhouse teas with "specials" on the menu every day. And remember that everything you have enjoyed on the menu can be purchased in the farmshop. On Sundays we serve a traditional Sunday lunch of Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding and booking is advisable. The Farmshop & Tearoom is licensed and we offer a very good selection of quality wines and beers etc. The Old Granary is full of charm and character with its original oak beams and small latted windows and is a delightful place to meet up with friends and enjoy traditional farmhouse fayre. For customers unable to negotiate the stairs we are providing tables and chairs downstairs in the shop with waitress service.

The former foldyard which was home to our beef cattle is now a covered light and airy yard with picnic tables and chairs suitable for parents with young children in pushchairs who can play on the tractors in the childrens play area
