The Cottage offers self catering accommodation and is a self contained part of our attractive stonebuilt farmhouse on our working farm two miles east of Helmsley just off the main A170.

It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 5 persons and is an ideal base from which to explore the countless delights of Ryedale and North Yorkshire, a region of hidden dales, moorland, pretty villages and market towns, the City of York, castles and stately homes, stunning coastline and just too much to mention!

Guests can expect a warm and personal welcome when you arrive at our farm cottage. This is a two bed roomed dwelling with one double bedroom and shower room and toilet on the first floor and a three bedded room on the second floor.

On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. The cottage has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and there is a washing machine and drying facilities available for visitors in the outhouse (right next door).

In the sitting room there is a TV, video and DVD player and a coal effect electric fire for those chilly winter evenings or a real open fire is an option if desired.

The farm house cottage has oil fired central heating and all fuel, bedlinen (duvets) and towels are included in the tariff.

The lawned garden is south facing with garden furniture and BBQ and is completely separate from the farmyard and is a delightful place to sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Parking is right outside the cottage in our private houseyard.

Visitors interested in the farm are more than welcome to take a closer look! Please just ask and we will give you a guided tour of the farm. As well as arable crops we have cows, sheep, pigs, horses, hens and very friendly dogs. You can also enjoy a walk around our farm boundaries and grass margins to the pond, enjoy the wildlife take in the scenery.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Arrival time is 3:00 p.m. and departure time is 10:00 a.m. and a welcoming tray will await your arrival.

Beadlam Grange Farm Cottage is open all year. Discounts are available for 2 people sharing (excluding school holidays) Prices from £250 - £400 per week.
